We have now opened our viewings for Riverside House and offering discounts a week free for bookings taken before the end of January

Our new studios have proved a huge success, much larger than your average studio, all with rear views over Bourne Brook with French doors to let in loads of natural light, with the ground floor studios having their own terrace.

Away from the main building the studios have the advantage of all the amenities of the Halls while maintaining a private setting.

Studios are available for single occupancy or for a couple, with ample study room for you both

The studios are set aside from Cadnam Hall, our main student accommodation but share the facilities, such as the 24/7 security, reception and a new gym for all residence, also 24/7.

The studios include all bills in the rent and each has free internet, both WiFi and plug in!

Our tenancies generally start from the 20th September 2025, we do have a limited number of early check-ins on a first come first served basis!
