We have now opened our viewings for Riverside House and offering a discount of a weeks free rent for booking before the end of 2024 with a limited number of early starts

Our new studios have proved a huge success, larger than your average studio, all with rear views over Bourne Brook with French doors to let in loads of natural light

Studios are available for single occupancy or for a couple, with ample study room for you both

The studios are set aside from Cadnam Hall, our main student accommodation but share the facilities, such as the 24/7 security, reception and a new gym for all residence, also 24/7.

The studios include all bills in the rent and each has free internet, both WiFi and plug in!

Our tenancies start from 20th September 2025, early checkins are available but we only have a limited number so please mention on booking to avoid disappointment!
